BTP’s PrintSaver™ program begins with an on-site assessment of the print environment to determine each printer’s usage and costs. The information is compiled and a plan is reviewed to optimize deficiencies found. When utilized, the PrintSaver™ program provides administration, supplies and service to your print fleet allowing your organization to concentrate on the business at hand.
PrintSaver™ uses a unique locally loaded software that monitors print devices on the network. The monitor provides our PrintSaver™ coordinator with the printer’s internal supply levels which allow us to proactively provide supplies. Printers are also monitored for device errors and technicians can be dispatched even before users realize there is a problem.
Supplies are delivered on-site when needed and installed by our technicians. There is no need for you to maintain a supply inventory as we provide this service and incur the cost of inventoried supplies.
PrintSaver™ program fees are billed monthly and are based on utilization. Costs are controlled and become visible which is the intent of the program. A single point of contact is created for the print fleet eliminating multiple vendors for equipment, supplies and service.
PrintSaver™ is flexible in that print devices can be removed and/or upgraded as your printing needs change. As an ongoing service, we provide semi-annual reviews on the print environment and will make recommendations to better utilize the current fleet and add or remove equipment to control costs.
